As I approached my 30th birthday, reality hit me. Not an emotional reality—a mirror reality.
My skin didn’t have the same tone anymore. It lost its bounce. Fine lines and dark spots started showing up. I wasn’t aging "gracefully." I was just... aging.
And I thought one simple thing: Damn. I’m actually getting old. Then, I became a father. That shook me even more. I want to age, yes. But I want to do it while staying fit, present, and glowing.
I want to lead by example—not scare my kid with a dull, tired face. But there was no way I was going to use injections, Botox, or overpriced treatments. That’s how I discovered Red Light Therapy: Simple. Natural. Effective.
