Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, please allow up to 72 hours.

With every order you receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, within the United States and Canada. Two options at checkout:

  • Express Tracked — $6.90. You receive a tracking number by email the day your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • Express VIP — $19.90. Tracked, and your parcel is covered against loss, breakage and theft. If anything happens to it on the way, we ship a replacement at our expense, no questions asked.
  • We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Lumiglo also ships to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and every country of the European Union.

    International shipping is charged at a flat rate displayed at checkout. Delivery normally takes 8 to 15 business days. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before payment. Lumiglo reserves the right to change these costs at any time. Such a change does not require prior notice, and no shipping fee already paid may be claimed back by a third party on that basis.

    DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

    If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lumiglo.us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

    RETURNS

    Returns are covered by our Refund Policy: 30 days to try the mask at home, and a 2-year warranty on the device.
