Your parcel is on its way and you can follow it at any time. Enter your order number and your name, and we'll tell you exactly where it is.

Your order number is at the top of the confirmation email you received on the day of your purchase, in the form #LO341018. The second field simply lets us check the order is yours.

      With every order you receive a confirmation email.
    • Prepared and shipped
      24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays
      During peak periods, please allow up to 72 hours. A second email brings your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
    • On its way
      5 to 7 business days in the United States and Canada
      International delivery normally takes 8 to 15 business days.

    Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

    If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lumiglo.us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
